• Expired Items
• Items already opened upon receipt

• Change of mind
• No longer needed
• Items opened by customer
• Package arrived later than expected
All returns are subject to validation and approval at HEMEKO’s discretion. HEMEKO reserves the right to deny any returns where a product is deemed used or damaged by the customer or counterfeit.
